easy access to the beach with a marked and lighted pedestrian 
crosswalk, or if you choose to drive, beach access is directly 
across A1A. Bel-Air Plaza is only two blocks to the north, with a 
large grocery and other shopping areas, as well as many 
restaurants...all within walking distance. The large double lot that 
this home is situated on provides more than ample outdoor space 
right at your own front door. The huge backyard is shady and 
inviting for children of all ages, and the two-car garage with 
remote, allows plenty of dry secure parking for your cars, 
motorcycles, or those special hot rods. As soon as you walk 
through the front door, you will find yourself feeling right at home 
in this immaculate beachside beauty. 1700+ sq ft of living space

Security/Damage Deposit 350.00-500.00 (refundable within 7-10 days of

Pets will be considered on a case by case basis with a non-refundable pet fee

Must be at least 25 yrs of age

Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice

Rates based on occupancy of 8, additional charge may apply for extra
guests

1/2 rental due to secure reservation, balance due 30 days prior to 
arrival; 90 days prior for special events

Cancellations 60 days or more in advance of reservation will be entitled to refund of deposit; 
Cancellations 30 days prior to reservation will forfeit deposit.

We cannot refund for cancellations of special events or those due to weather

Payment accepted in the form of cashier's check, money order, or major credit cards (Paypal fee
