Vacation Rental Description

Experience Marco Island paradise in a brand new completely renovated, 
luxury beachfront apartment located on the 17th floor directly 
overlooking the pool. This very spacious apartment unit has 
spectacular views of both the ocean and the city from practically 
anywhere inside. The large, master bedroom has a king size bed, the 
guest room has two twin sized beds, and living room sofa will 
comfortably sleep 2 adults. Dining room table has seating for 8.  The 
guest bathroom has a shower equipped with grab bars, pedestal sink 
and a tall toilet seat (excellent for the elderly) and the master 
bathroom has a regular sized bath tub (convenient for small children 
or just to relax and soak it all in).  No pets on the premises or 
smoking allowed inside the apartment unit please.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The South Seas Towers offers a beautifully landscaped 55 acre gated 
community with 24 hour security, fully covered parking, large heated 
swimming pool with chickee huts for shade, exercise room, laundry 
room on each floor & free High-Speed Wi-Fi internet access. Boat slip 
and Tennis courts (visible from the apartment unit) are also 
available within the property (additional fees apply). Included is an 
all new kitchen, appliances, furniture, linens, towels, utensils, 
tv's, video/DVD player, iron, ironing board, blow drier, beach 
chairs, umbrellas and cart to haul things to and from the beach. 

Activities and Attractions

You can walk to nearby public beach or hotel concessions where you 
can rent jet ski’s, para-sailing, sail boats, catamaran, kayaks etc. 
Maybe pull up a chair and fish right from the beach or just take a 
short drive to the world famous Everglades City National Park where 
you can charter a boat for the best flats fishing or backwoods 
sightseeing you’ll ever experience. Also within minutes of driving 
you can experience many world class Golf courses, Day Spas, Indian 
reservations, air boat tours while viewing the Florida alligators in 
their own natural habitat. Enjoy all the best restaurants, shops, 
dine-in movie theater, bars, comedy club and cultural activities for 
all walks of life. Or just relax and take in the spectacular Gulf 
Coast sunset while collecting sea shells on miles of the whitest 
pristine beaches you will ever visit. Airports nearest to the island 
are in Naples (1/2 hr), Ft. Myers (1 hr), or Ft. Lauderdale and Miami 
Intl. airports (each approx. 1 1/2 – 2 hours away)

Vacation Rental Rates

Only Monthly Rates available: $2,800.00 to $4,500.00 (Call for 
Availability)
$500 REFUNDABLE security deposit due upon reservation.
Full payment due one month prior to date of arrival.
Please add 10% FL tax.
South Seas Club has a $20 parking/registration fee. 
Cleaning fee is included. 
General booking is from the first of the month to the end of the 
month, 
Condominium rules only allow monthly rentals.
