Vacation Rental Description

This large, classic, beach house has been updated to current 
standards. New features include separately controlled central air-
conditioning for each floor level, new hardwood floors, an expanded 
living room, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, two new bathrooms, and 
an outdoor shower. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, plus 
the kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, and a covered porch on two 
sides of the house. Upstairs are four more bedrooms and two baths. 
This home is in the second row from the ocean, but it has some ocean 
views and a beach access about 75 feet from the front door. It's 
great for large families, extended family gatherings, or fun in the 
sun with friends -- all under one roof. The kitchen is large and 
equipped to handle a crowd. The large, wrap-around porch with picnic 
table and rockers is a great place to relax after a day at the 
beach, fishing in the Gulf Stream, on the golf course, or watching 
the divers in the tanks with sharks at the State aquarium.
