Lexington country club in Fort Myers

Lexington Country Club is a beautiful and private golf community
located in Fort Myers and only 10 minutes from Sanibel Island.
Second floor unit is a lovely 3 bedroom condo with lanai overlooking
the golf course and pond. The condo is well furnished with full
kitchen supplies. There is a carport and elevator. Non-Smokers only
please. Within minutes to exciting Boston Red Sox and Minnesota
Twins Spring Training action!

The condo unit features include: A/C and heating, ceiling fans,
washer and dryer unit, 3 televisions, DVD player, stove, microwave,
dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice
maker, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, dishes, glassware and
cookware. The condo can sleep up to 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms,
2 full bathrooms and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV, full bath with shower
dual vanities and a walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed
with TV. Bedroom 3 has a trundle bed and computer office work desk.
A beautiful living area looks out onto the lanai and golf course.
Fully furnished with all linens. Utilities and cable TV are included
in rental.

Golf, multiple pools, cabana with Tiki Bar, tennis, bocce, jacuzzi,
biking, walking trails, rollerblading and internet access all round
out an unbelievable vacation destination.

From May 1 - December 31, 2008----$2300 per month.
January 1 - April 30, 2009----$4000 per month.

Year round rental available. Ask about multiple month discounts.
$200.00 deposit due at signing and is non-refundable if
cancellation within 30 days of move in date. There is a one time (per
stay) $200.00 membership transfer fee required for anyone interested
in golfing at Lexington Country Club. Many public golf courses
surround Lexington Country Club on a fee per play basis.
