linens, dishes, etc.  
 
Just painted and tiled throughout. King size bed in large bedroom  
with walk-in closet and private bathroom, queen size sleeper in  
livingroom.  
 
Second bedroom has a double bed, with a daybed and a trundle bed 
underneath.  Very large lanai.  Also has a carport. 
No Pets 
No Smoking

Three month minimum.  
A cleaning fee of $100 is due at the end of your rental period. 
 
January - April, 2008 booked. 
January - April, 2009 booked.
