Within walking distance of Sunset & Treasure Island beaches.  This  
condo is newly renovated, fully furnished,tile floors throughout,  
stainless steel appliances (including microwave and dishwasher),  
black granite countertops, plenty of lighting, beautiful ceiling  
fans in the bedroom and living area.  
Beautiful second floor balcony view of public tennis courts and boat  
ramp.  The condo is located in a newly renovated complex with a  
brand new pool just steps from the door.There is plenty of parking  
and onsite laundry facility. 
 
Across the street, you can play tennis on the lighted courts or  
launch your boat in the intercoastal waterway.Within a very short  
walk, you will find beaches, restaurants, a grocery store,  
public park, watercraft rentals, the St. Pete Beach recreation  
center, nightlife, area shopping and a beautiful Catholic church.

Master bedroom:  Queen size bed, 13" Cable TV, dresser with mirror,  
large walk-in closet and ceiling fan. 
 
Master bath: tub w/shower, new wall tile and floor tile,  
new lighting and vanity.   
 
Kitchen/Dining area: new stainless appliances, including flat top  
stove, refrigerator/freezer plus a dishwasher, microwave, coffee  
maker, blender, toaster, utensils, cookware, and basic necessities  
such as paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper (enough for a  
start.)  High top bar and large dining room table. 
 
Linens:  bath towels, beach towels, sheets for bed and sofa bed.   
Plenty of blankets and pillows.
