Welcome to Nani, u`i Helena, Hawaiian for "Beautiful Journey." My
Condominium is located in the heart of downtown Waikiki in the
elegant Royal Kuhio high-rise at the intersection of Kuhio and Royal
Hawaiian Avenues. Beautiful Journey is a rarely available end unit
that is newly upgraded and remodeled Condominium with spectacular
views of Diamond Head, the Pacific Ocean, Ala Wai Canal, and Golf
Course!
Due to spalling repair, special discounts are available.
Location: The beach, bus service, several convenience stores,
tourist shopping, supermarkets, and the International Market Place
are all located within three blocks of the Condominium! If you wish
to go a little further, Kapiolani Park, Honolulu Zoo, and Army
Museum are a short five minute ride. You can walk, ride, bike, or
drive anywhere you wish to go.
The Condominim: Nani, u`i Helena place is privately-owned, non-
smoking, and one small pet (cat or dog) is negotiable with a long-
term contract. It is located on the thirty-first floor of the
building facing the quiet and serene Ala Wai Canal, Golf Course,
Diamond Head, and spectacular views of the ocean. My Condominium is
designed to offer you a wide range of choices. For example, the full
kitchen permits you the choice of full meal preparation, light
meals, snacks, or just cold drinks; or you can walk to any of the
nearby restaurants - International House Of Pancakes and T.G.I.
Fridays are just a couple of the plethora of options available to
you.
The Building: But why go out when "staying home" is so appealing?
Entering the beautiful lobby you will notice the security station
and "keyed" access doors to the elevator lobbies. During your stay
at the Nani, u`i Helena, you have access to all of the attractions
of our large, well-equipped, recreation deck. Enjoy the L-shaped
swimming pool or just relax and perfect that dream suntan. Sit in
the sauna or grill a piece of fresh fish. Shoot a few baskets or
perfect your putting. Go to the exercise room or play basketball.
All these - and more - are available to you on the breezy, seventh-
floor recreation deck. Just in case you need to wash a few clothes
the seventh floor coin-operated laundry has more than 20 washing and
drying machines. In-building parking is available for a daily fee of
$5 with unlimited "in/out."
Nani, u'i Helena: The condo is equipped with a queen-size bed and a
sleeper couch. The combination tub shower allows you to choose
either a soothing "soak" in the tub or a refreshing shower ranging
from very cool to steaming hot. You may open the lanai door and feel
the breeze, or for those that like it simply cold close the door
and "crank up" the air conditioner. A 27 inch flat screened, remote
control, cable television, a radio/compact disc combination,
VHS/DVDcombination player, or perhaps just the quiet and a good
book. Of course, you have free unlimited local calls; and you can
direct dial long distance and international calls are capable with
credit or phone cards. If you wish to eat-in, the kitchen is well
stocked with dishes, pots and pans, baking dishes, crock pot,
toaster, and a coffeemaker. A full-size refrigerator is available as
well as a four burner stove with oven and broiler, microwave, and,
of course, a dishwasher.
