Vacation Rental Description
Paradise Place is a 1600 sq. ft. Key West style waterfront home off
the main road of Estero Boulevard. It features a very large wrap
around deck, relaxing views of Estero Bay and the canal, a private
heated pool, wireless internet access, and a usable covered boat
dock with lift.
This fantastic waterfront getaway is located just down
the street form the gorgeous sugar white sandy beach. Public beach
access is located nearby for easy access to the white sand, cool
blue waters and great Florida sun.
Enjoy a home cooked meal with an updated, fully and very well equiped
kitchen. Choose to eat in the kitchen (table seats 3), the dining
area with room to seat eight, or outside on the screened deck while
enjoying the Bay views.
The relaxing living room has vaulted ceilings and fully opening
sliders onto the deck so you can enjoy the weather as well as
the views! A large TV with DVD and stereo system are provided for
your entertainment pleasure.
From the wrap around deck, just descend to relax poolside. Sunbathe
poolside on several lounge chairs, or take a dip in the pool whcih
can be heated in the winter. Beach towels, beach chairs, and pool
accessories are provided.
Enjoy the comforts of home with three bedrooms and two full
bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, private bath,
large walk-in closet, tv with cable, ceiling fan and sliders opening
onto the deck. The windows overlook the the canal and garden.
The second bedroom features a queen bed, large closet space, ceiling
fan and a beautiful garden decor. The third bedroom is decorated in
a "dolphin/starfish" theme with two twin beds, large closet space,
and ceiling fan. The second and third bedrooms share a full
bathroom off the main hallway.
All linens and bath towels are provided, as is use of washer and
dryer.

or enjoy a day at Lover's Key State Park. Near by activities
include: fishing, kayaking, boating, shelling, biking, parasailing
and jet skiing, motor scooter rentals, golf/miniature golf, movie
theatre, shopping and great restaurants. A short drive or trolley
ride can take you to Times Square, the nearby fun public pier full
of shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants. Boat rentals at local
marinas are available or bring your own and enjoy the use of the
boat dock and lift at the house. Nearby locations to visit include
Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and Naples or enjoy local
establishments in the city of Fort Myers. Renting a cabana and
soaking up the sun on the beach is always the best choice!!!!

October 4th - October 31st: $800/week
November 1st - 7th, 2008: $995/week
November 8th - 21st, 2008: $800/week
November 22nd - December 5th 2008: $1095/week
December 6th - 19th, 2008: $800/week
December 20th, 2008 - January 2nd, 2009: $1495/week
January 3rd, 2009 - January 23rd, 2009: $1195/week
January 24th - January 30th, 2009: $1495/week
Jan 31, 2009 - April 17, 2009: $1695/week
April 18, 2009 - May 29, 2009: $1495/week
Holiday weeks + $100
Saturday to Saturday rentals. Monthly rentals requested and are for a four
week period, Saturday to Saturday, unless renting consecutive
months.
$500 Security Deposit Required which will be returned after cleaning
and insprection - usually within the week.
30% Reservation deposit applied to your rental.
Full rental amount required within 45 days of rental.
11% Local and State tax not included.
Cleaning Fee $135.00
Additional cleaning fee for guest with shedding dogs: $50.00
Inquire about boat lift use and rental. $80/week
Inquire about pets. $100/week/pet
No smoking.
Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m.
