Vacation Rental Description

Bluff House is set in a two acre estate and offers a tranquil 
setting for your vacation. Surrounded by mature tropical gardens, 
the villa offers spectacular sea views of the beach, Falmouth 
Harbour and towards neighbouring island, Montserrat. Pigeon beach is 
a short stroll down the hill; shops, restaurants and tennis/squash 
courts are within easy walking distance.  The property has co-
ordinated furnishings throughout and a swimming pool with lounging 
deck.  A car is not essential, but preferable if you wish to explore 
the island and all it has to offer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Villa sleeps 4 persons and comprises  airconditioned master 
bedroom with Kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom; the airconditioned 
twin bedded room has it's own bathroom. There is a tub and 
shower in each bathroom.  The bedrooms are comfortably furnished and 
have ceiling fans, mosquito nets, window screens and have sea views. 

The living room has satellite television, a CD/DVD player and  opens 
onto the outside covered dining area. The spacious veranda houses a 
barbeque and leads to the poolside terrace.  The modern kitchen is 
fully equipped and a local telephone service is provided for your 
convenience.

Additionally the studio apartment will provide accommodation for two 
persons. Fully airconditioned, the large main room comprises a 
seating area and kingsize bed, has a ceiling fan and provides 
satellite television and a CD/DVD player and a fully equipped 
kitchen.  The terrace offers outside dining with views over Falmouth 
Yacht Club Marina.  The spacious bathroom is tastefully decorated.
Laundry service or a chef can be arranged for your convenience at 
additional cost.

Activities and Attractions

Bluff House is situated very close to many hiking trails in the 
National Parks area.
Pigeon Point beach is just a three minute walk away from the villa.
Scuba diving, sailing, yacht charters, gym, horseback riding, tennis 
and squash are all available in the local area.  There are two golf 
courses on island, at Jolly Harbour and Cedar Valley.
Historic Nelson's Dockyard is within walking distance and well worth 
a visit.
Shops and restaurants are closeby and offer a variety to suit all 
tastes.
