floor. This unit is not on the beach but faces the ocean directly across the street from the beach 
with a great view of the ocean. It is on 27th street, easy 2 min. walk to the beach, with a 
beautiful park. Complete with fully furnished kitchen, linens and color TV, cable and HBO. It has 
two full size Murphy beds and a couch that sleeps two. It also has a twin bed in a separate area for 
privacy with a tv/dvd player. Perfect for children to play video games. Landscaped swimming pool, 
with shower and a bath house. Across from public park, close to shopping center. Enjoy golf, deep 
sea fishing, swimming, snorkeling, surfing, local shopping and fine restaurants and tennis nearby.

This condo is not far from Orlando attractions, Disney World or the Kennedy Space Center. In 
addition, Canaveral National Seashore is just 5 min. south on AIA, for a small fee you can relax on 
a pristine beach or go fishing or lay back and watch the abundant wildlife.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV (HBO), CD/DVD player, VCR, pool, microwave, full kitchen, 
linens provided, cookware and utensils provided.  These are gorgeous 
units in a beautiful area, directly across the street from the ocean 
and park. They are not ocean front but are located on the second 
floor and are ocean view from your own private balcony.

Condo is tiled and includes full kitchen and full bathroom. The 
kitchen includes everything you need to feel as if you were at 
home.  Full size murphy beds are easy to maneuver. They easily slide 
up and down.

Activities and Attractions

Landscaped swimming pool, with shower and a bath house. Across from 
public park, close to shopping center. Available year-round.  Enjoy 
golf, deep sea fishing, swimming, snorkeling, surfing, local 
shopping and fine restaurants and tennis nearby.  This condo is not

Rates do not include a $50.00 cleaning fee and 12.5% tax.  
$150.00 refundable deposit is required  to reserve the unit.
