Spectacular ocean view and "ritz-type" quality throughout!  
So hurry up and reserve your chance to rent a beautiful beach house  
nestled on a small bluff with spectacular ocean views located in  
Laguna Beach on California's Orange Coast. The home is located in  
southern Laguna Beach, is only two blocks from the spectacular  
Victoria Beach and sits up from the water for  
exceptional views. It has ocean views from almost every window, with  
stunning views of Catalina Island from the deck.  
 
The living room is located on the upper floor and is a great place  
to soak in the ocean views with a good book or watching  
movies on the 32” flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The room  
features a sectional sofa and two side chairs which face either the  
fireplace or the ocean views to the large outside deck. There is a  
inside dining table which seats six and an outside dining table with  
has seating for six.  
 
The upstairs great room spaciousness is accentuated by vaulted  
ceilings, with glass French doors leading to the deck area, with  
subtle seafaring appointments.  
The living area has a sectional sofa, and two side chairs that flank  
the fireplace which invite you to sink deeply into their soft  
cushions and relish the brilliant sparkle of the sea or the  
comforting warmth of glowing logs in the fireplace. Serve your  
family and guests at the dining table on the deck with seating for  
six to eight people with ideal views of the ocean and passing boats.  
If you want to enjoy more casual outdoor dining, you might prefer to  
barbecue on the large ocean-view deck just off the living room which  
offers a teak table w 6 chairs, sofa, barbeque and large umbrellas  
should it get hot— another ideal spot to savor the views of Catalina  
Island, ocean vistas and Laguna Beach’s coastal charms.  
 
The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with the living  
room upstairs combining a living area with fireplace, dining  
and a gourmet kitchen area. The kitchen features a 6 burner Viking  
range/ with grill and all the modern appliances that one can expect  
in the highest quality home. The upstairs is mostly glass and has  
wonderful views.  
 
The deck area was created for entertainment with comfortable sofa  
and dining table, with large umbrellas to shade when needed and a  
new barbeque for easy cooking.  You will not want to leave the  
sanctuary of the deck during the day or the starlit nights. 
 
The downstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed with a wall of  
windows facing the ocean and features a spectacular master bath with  
nice closet space and a 32” flat screen TV. Imagine lying in bed  
after a perfect day of California sunshine, lulled to sleep by the  
sound of the waves. Then wake up and enjoy a morning cup of coffee  
while soaking up the sun on the upstairs deck.  
 
The second downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed with its own  
private bathroom w/shower.  
 
The third bedroom is located on the upper floor and has a queen size  
bed and windows that look out to the ocean. It has nice closet space  
and a 17’ flat screen TV.  This house sits back on the lot and is  
screened from neighbor views into the house. 
  
 
The house is a 3-5 minute walk to Victoria Beach or a 10 minute walk  
to the world class Montage Resort. If driving, Glenneyre Street  
heading north leads you directly to downtown Laguna Beach in about 3  
minutes.

Vacation Rental Rates

Vacation Rental Rates 
Low Season (Sep 16-May 30) $2,500/week or $8,000/month  
High Season (June 1-Sep 15) $3,500/week or $12,000/month 
 
A Security deposit of $1,000 for the weekly rental or $2,000 month  
on a monthly rental is required 
A cleaning fee of $250 is deducted out of the security deposit  
(unless damages are beyond normal wear and tear are discovered) or  
personal items of the Owner have been removed from the house. 
High Season Rates include Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, New  
Years Week, Easter week and Spring Break week  
A minimum is a weekly rental.  
 
Reservation won’t be confirmed until the deposit is received and  
good funds have been acknowledged by the bank 
½ of the rental amount held will be refunded to Occupant up to 30  
days from the arrival date, only if the Occupant provides written  
notice to Broker of canceling their reservation within 30 days of  
the rental period.  
Any reservations that have within 30 days of the arrival date are  
subject to forfeiture of the entire rental amount; however the  
$1,000 security deposit shall returned in full to the Occupant. 
Credit card payment is subject to a 5% charge to cover the merchant  
fee.  
2007 Easter week and Spring Break week is still available. 
Unfortunately, we do not allow smoking in the house! This home is  
pet friendly for small animals with a slight surcharge and an  
increased cleaning fee.....
