extra loft bedrooma nd queen sleeper in living room. Screened lanai,
updated corian kitchen, extra new enclosed sitting area off bedroom.
All amenities you'll need including bikes, beach towels, even sand
toys for the kids. Only nine units share the pool and tennis court.
Picturesque boardwalk to beach. Google earth sattelite pictures are very old.
Foliage has grown back since Hurricane Charlie.
Vacation Rental Amenities
TV's in every bedroom, plus VCR's or DVD players. Jacussi tub in
master bath. Everything you'll need in the kitchen. Beach towels,
bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand pails. Outside shower
for washing off sand after a day on the beach.
Activities and Attractions
New pool used only by residents of nine units. New tennis court for
residents only. Across the street from Sanibel's famous bike path.
200 feet on the picturesque boardwalk gets you to Sanibel's famous
shelling beach.
