750 square feet second floor residence above a garage. 1 queen size
bed and sofa; sleeps 3.  Balcony off the bedroom. Private entry and
courtyard. Private parking for one vehicle.

annual Kitchen of the Year contest!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full kitchen including toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, cooking
utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, gas stove,
electric oven and reverse osmosis water filter. Towels and Linens
provided.  Bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub.  Bamboo flooring
throughout.  Gas fireplace in living room.  Central heating and air
conditioning. Cable TV, DVD/CD player, surround sound system with 37"
flat screen HDTV.  Wired and wireless Internet access.  HP All-in-one
printer, copier, scanner and fax machine in unit.  Telephone for
local calls.  Washer and Dryer in unit.  BBQ, fire-pit available on
property.

Activities and Attractions

2 blocks from I-163 then just a short drive to I-5, I-8, I-805, I-15.
Shopping is within walking distance (2 blocks) and includes, coffee
shops, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, supermarket, restaurants and
theaters. Balboa park is a short walk away, as are the San Diego Zoo
and museums.  Minutes drive from local beaches, Gas Lamp district, Old
Town, Sea World, Mission Bay and the airport.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily: $140/night (two night minimum)
Weekly: $800/week
Monthly: $2200/month

Deposits:  A 50% deposit ($500.00 max) is needed to hold the rental
for you with the balance is due upon arrival.  The deposit is fully
refundable until 72 hours before your arrival.  A refundable security
deposit of $200.00 is required for stays one month or longer.
