throughout. Gas fireplace in living room. Central heating and air
conditioning. Cable TV, DVD/CD player, surround sound system with 37"
flat screen HDTV. Wired and wireless Internet access. HP All-in-one
printer, copier, scanner and fax machine in unit. Telephone for
local calls. Washer and Dryer in unit. BBQ, fire-pit available on
property.

2 blocks from I-163 then just a short drive to I-5, I-8, I-805, I-15.
Shopping is within walking distance (2 blocks) and includes, coffee
shops, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, supermarket, restaurants and
theaters. Balboa park is a short walk away, as are the San Diego Zoo
and museums. Minutes drive from local beaches, Gas Lamp district, Old
Town, Sea World, Mission Bay and the airport.

Deposits: A 50% deposit ($500.00 max) is needed to hold the rental
for you with the balance is due upon arrival. The deposit is fully
refundable until 72 hours before your arrival. A refundable security
deposit of $500.00 is required for stays one month or longer.

There is a $50.00 cleaning fee.  This is a one time charge per stay.  If you want cleaning services while you are here we can arrange for our cleaning crew to contact you.  You will be responible any extra cleaning fees.
