Vacation Rental Description

This contemporary, bi-level home is located in beautiful Emerald  
Lakes, a private resort community with six lakes, two swimming pools  
and 24 hour security. It's located right off I-80/I-380 junction, so  
no backroad driving ie required. You are only five miles from  
Camelback Ski Area, where you can enjoy skiing, snowtubing and  
snowboarding. Crossings Outlet Mall, 24-hour Wal-Mart Supercenter,  
McDonald's, KFC, Subway are only three miles from the house. 
 
The house is fully equipped to accommodate up io 14 guests. It  
boasts five bedrooms, two full baths, a gas fireplace, a  
recreational room with an 8' pool table, three TV's, VCR/DVD/CD  
stereo system, air conditioning and much more. Second floor features  
an open floorplan leading to a large deck with charcoal barbecue  
grill.  
 
You are also only minutes from the clubhouse with a heated indoor  
swimming pool, sauna, arcade room, bar and restaurant where dinner  
is served on weekends. There is also a heated outdoor swimming pool,  
tennis and basketball courts and lake beaches with lifeguards in the  
summer.
