Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful beachfront in Laffite's Landing. Four private bedrooms;
Three Bedrooms located upstairs, one downstairs with bath.  Perfect
for multi-families!! Beach views from almost every room!!! Quiet,
family area with a shared walkover.  We rent ONLY to family groups and
responsible adults over the age of 25. One parent or responsible adult
is required for every four people under age at all times. Designate
one person in your party to be responsible for all payments and
correspondence regarding your reservations and plans. Any use of the
home for purposes other than family vacations must be addressed at the
time of the reservation. Property managed by Prudential Gary Greene, 
Beach or Bay Rentals.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Features Central A/C, Washer & Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Dishwasher, Wood
Burning Fireplace, Microwave, TV, DVD, Stereo/CD Player, Uncovered
Deck, Outside Shower, Slab Underneath, BBQ, Walkover available. 
BED SIZES: 1 King, 3 Full, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa, 3 Twins.
Home is completely furnished, including kitchen appliances, cooking
utensils and dining equipment. Linens are not provided. Beds will come
with pillows and blankets. Linen service is available upon request at
additional cost. Cleaning service may also be purchased at additional
cost, otherwise cleaning is your responsibility. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates:  $1875.00 week, $975.00 weekend w/ a damage deposit
of $500.00.

Winter Rates:  $1275.00 week, $675.00 weekend w/ a damage deposit
of $500.00.

Our weeks are 7 day, 6 nights and can be reserved from Monday to
Sunday or from Friday to Thursday. Weekends are two nights, Friday to
Sunday. Check in starts at noon and check out is by 3pm.
