June 1 - Sept. 30 = $1,150 per month
A rental agreement must be signed, and all rent must be prepaid prior
to occupancy. Occupancy begins the first day of the lease, and
check-out time is by Noon on the last day of the lease agreement.
Included in rental rates:
- High speed wireless Internet service
- All taxes
- All utilities, including unlimited local and long-distance telephone
service as well as calls to Canada (international calls and collect calls are not included).
Security deposit = $1,000 (includes $100 non-refundable cleaning fee)
