Vacation Rental Description

Esprit is one of southern Palm Springs' most beautiful complexes!  
Impeccably maintained lush gardens surround condo buildings of 
Spanish style architecture.  The property includes two pools, three 
jacuzzis, and four tennis courts.  This complex is a gated community 
which enhances your privacy and security, and it also has carports 
and ample parking.
This is a first floor (no stairs!), end unit near the pool.
Located just off Highway 111, the Esprit complex is just a few 
blocks west of the Target/Trader Joe's shopping center in Cathedral 
City.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This first floor, stylish two bedroom, two full bath condo is 
completely redecorated including all new paint, carpeting, and 
tile.  
It is fully furnished and includes all new mattresses, bedding, and 
linens, and most of the furniture is new.  Additionally, the track 
lighting in the living area and all of the art work throughout are 
new.
The master suite has a California King bed with a large walk-
in closet and its own private bath and patio with a mountain view.  
The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and cable TV with its own entrance 
to the main bath.  The split bedroom floorplan allows for maximum 
privacy.
The hallway closet has a stacked washer/dryer combo.
The kitchen has everything you'll need for meals and entertaining 
and includes a new refrigerator and microwave.  There is a kitchen 
bar that seats two and a dining area that seats four.
The beautifully appointed living room has cable TV, stereo, a VCR, 
and a DVD player.
The main patio is off the living room, is a large covered space with 
stately columns, and has a gas BBQ grill.

Activities and Attractions

Palm Springs and the surrounding desert communities have a warm and 
dry climate.  Activities include golf, tennis, great shopping, 
theater, a variety of wonderful restaurants, sight-seeing, and 
desert adventures with a beautiful vista at every turn.

Vacation Rental Rates

Standard Monthly Rates:
Jan. 1 - March 31 = $1,950 per month
April 1 - May 31 and Oct. 1 - Dec. 31 = $1,550 per month
June 1 - Sept. 30 = $1,150 per month

Included in rental rates:
- High speed wireless Internet service
- All taxes
- All utilities, including unlimited local and long-distance telephone service as well as calls to 
Canada (international calls and collect calls are not included).  Enhanced emergency 9-1-1 service 
also provided if the caller cannot speak.

Security deposit = $1,000 (includes $100 non-refundable cleaning fee)
