$2,700 per month from June 1st - November 30th.
$3,500 per month from December 1st - May 31st
50% of 1st month due via Paypal to secure rental. A 1-Month Security Deposit is required at time of
check-in along with 50% balance of 1st month. Rent is due on the first of each month. Security
deposit is returned within 7 days after departure, providing no damage has occurred or excessive
cleaning is required.
Cleaning Fee is $100 payable with 1st months rent.
