Bedding consists of one Queen, one Full and 8 single beds (two bunk
sets in two rooms).
Linens include, sheets, blankets, bath towels and wash
cloths (Please just wash what you used!)
Master bedroom has 25" TV.

Baths:
Two and a half bathrooms.

Living/dining/kitchen:
The living room has a couch,love seat, chairs
27" TV with DVD and cable.
The dining room has a 60" table with 6 chairs.
The counter in the kitchen has seating for 4.
The stove is electric.
There is a microwave, toaster, blender, 10 cup coffee maker, and
dishwasher.
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and an iron and
ironing board if needed.
There is an outside shower for when you get back from the beach.
There is off street parking in the front of the house, no access to
garage and no parking in back

Use of your own cell phone for making phone calls.

activities and attractions in Ocean City New Jersey

You are close to all activities. Two blocks away on Bay
Ave, you can rent boats, jet-skis or crabbing equipment. The
beach is 7 blocks away. At the end of 5th street is a parking lot
at the beach. The Wonderland Amusement Pier at 6th street begins the
boardwalk. We are one block away from 6th & Asbury, where you can go
shopping at all the quaint shops and eateries. If you like to surf,
we are only minutes away from the surfing beach on 7th Street. We
are in walking distance to the Gillian's Water park too. You can
bike on the boardwalk in the AM before 12noon. This is a quiet,
quaint resort that many people come back to over and over again due
to the quality of homes, and the people.

Ocean City is popular for families because it is a "dry town". This
does not mean you cannot enjoy a drink but you cannot purchase it on
the island.
