Enjoy your vacation at Sunday River in this oversized Mountain Vista
Town Home located in Newry Maine 2 minutes from the mountain by car
or on the Bethel Shuttle. Relax in the sun room or 4 person Hot Tub
with views of Sunday River White Cap peak. This brand new home
features 2100 sq ft of living space with everthing new from the
appliances to the sheets. If you've stayed in other places, you'll
appreciate that!

Features include a gourmet kitchen, large dining area, 2 1/2 baths,
one car garage, full living room with a 60 inch TV, hi speed
internet, and a sun room. The master bedroom has a king size bed,
full closets and master bath. Two upstairs bedrooms come with a
queen bed in each and enough room to comfortably add a blow queen or
twin matress for kids. A separate sun room off the living room
makes a nice sitting area and also come with a queen sleeper sofa.

You may elect to skip Bethel's fine selection of restaurants once
you check out the gourmet kitchen. You'll find nothing but name
brand quality appliances like Cuisinart, Kitchenaid and Krupp and
everything else you need for easy gourmet cooking, including a full
set of Stainless steel, cast iron and teflon pans. Enjoy the griddle
for large breakfasts or the waffle iron for a sinfully decadent
breakfast. All quality glass and dinner ware complete the gourmet
experience.

End the day in the 4 person Jacuzzi relaxing under star light as the
sun sets over Sunday River.

Please note, this is a very quiet neighborhood so we ask only for
inquiries from mature renters. Quiet hours are from 10 PM, (no
jacuzzi past 10 pm) to 7 am. No parties, no more than 8 adults.

New sheets, new quality matresses and all bedrooms have curtains and
black out blinds for a good nights sleep.
New towels and 10 extra large bath towels for the Hot Tub.

World class skiing less than 2 miles away at Sunday River and we're
conveniently on the Bethel Shuttle bus route.

In addition to the rates below, there is also a refundable security,
cleaning and complaint deposit of $250.
