Vacation Rental Description

The Barbizon Beach Club is located at 530 Ocean Drive in South Beach, Florida. This Art Deco Hotel  
was renovated in 1997. Its beautiful architecture is stunning and breathtaking. You will have  
the luxury of visiting South Beach's Strip and enjoy all that SOBE has to offer. Within walking  
distance you will find an extensive variety of international restaurants, boutiques, museums,  
theatres, and nightlife. This Ocean Drive Landmark was converted into luxury suites. Our lovely  
suite has a full kitchen which includes: a stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink, plenty of cabinets,  
coffee maker, pots/pans, and silverware for your convenience. There is no need to bring a car as you  
will be within walking distance to everywhere.  If bringing a car, you may park your car in the  
garage, metered parking or valet parking for a fee.

Daily Rate - 75.00 - 250.00 
Weekend Rate - 160.00 - 390.00 
Weekly Rate -450.00 - 1000.00 
 
These rates may not apply to special events and holidays. 
Rates will vary during these events. 
 
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER CARDS.  Payment must be received three  
weeks before arrival to avoid cancellation. 
 
To reserve please e-mail us. There is a $200.00 security deposit, which is returned upon departure.  
If using a credit card to reserve the deposit will be placed on hold. 
 
Cleaning Fee of $50.00 will apply with rental payment. 
 
For Special Rates please call me or e-mail me.  Rates as low as $75.00 a night. 
 
Rollaway Bed is available upon request for an additional charge. 
 
Last Minute Reservations are welcome.  I will only accept credit card payments or cash for last  
minute reservations.  No other form of payment will be accepted. 
 
Note:  Prices are subject to change at owner's discretion due to 
specials, holidays and events.
