A traditional Florida home in a very unique location as it sits at
the end of a deep-water canal. Relax in the large solar heated and screened-in pool area and enjoy your uninterrupted view looking up the waterway. Exotic birds and fish jumping in the water are the primary sounds, and the 50 foot dock with seating is perfect for fishing alone or with your children. We can offer the 10,000 lb. boat lift for up to a 20 foot boat and, along with the beautiful view, you may never leave the back yard. Situated
in an exclusive, quiet area of Million Dollar homes you are still a
short distance to many amenities. The home is newly renovated but
still has the original beautiful Terrazzo floors. Custom Kitchen,
fantastic living room that, when the two double sliding doors are
open, becomes part of the pool area and the unbelievable view up
the canal. Central air is new but generally not necessary in the
winter months because of the almost continuous warm breeze off the
water. One bedroom can be used as an office if you want to work with
a high-speed wireless internet connection. Large Screen TV with DVD/VCR
and full cable service for your use are included.

On-site amenities include a private dock with seating. (Fish are
jumping so bring your fishing gear). There is 120 feet of canal
frontage and dock with a 10,000-pound boatlift a few steps from the back door. There is plenty of deep water and NO BRIDGES for a five-minute, beautiful cruise to open
Charlotte Harbor Water. A deep, clear private pool inside a brand
new pool cage with outdoor bar and barbeque for your use.

Off-site amenities include a beautiful new public park and beach a
short two-block walk away on a wide, safe sidewalk complete with a
playground and swings for the kids as well as a sandy beach and tennis court at no extra cost. A boat
launch is there too, so bring your boat and tie it to your own dock.
Boat rentals are also available a short distance away.

A short drive will get you to more restaurants than I have space for
here.  Clubs, movies, fitness centers, shops, golf everything you'd
expect is very accessible. It’s about an hour and half to two hour
drive to the famous Theme parks.

One of last year's renters quote "Mark, we truly enjoyed your house
and hospitality. This was the BEST vacation we had. In fact, my
screen saver on my computer at work is a picture of the canal taken
from just outside the screened pool. We have very good memories of
that trip, and that picture helps me relive it. Especially after a
hard day at work.

Seasonal Rates can be adjusted for length of time requested (monthly
rates available)

December 1st through April 30th = $850.00 per week
May 1 through November 31st = $750.00 per week

Refundable Security Deposit equal to one weeks fee and rental fee
required in advance.

Fee includes cleaning fee (if rented for longer than two weeks), linens and use of dock. Additional
fee for use of boatlift may apply, please ask.
