Vacation Rental Description

Vacation or simply luxuriate at this fully-appointed condo on the 
grounds of the legendary La Costa Resort and Spa. You are close to  
spa treatments at the spa--and soul treatments at the nearby Chopra  
Center. 
And if you would simply prefer to lounge at the beach, it is only a 
couple of miles away. 
 
The building has just undergone a major facelift, has an 
elevator,secure underground parking and the landscaping is fresh.   
This king condo has southern exposure and a large balcony overlooking 
the La Costa Tennis Courts.  
 
Located behind the imposing gates of La Costa Resort, you will enjoy 
the balmy climate as you stroll through gardens to restaurants, the 
new spa and the Chopra Center.  Tennis and golf are also 
available at special rates.  There are many restaurants nearby--or 
simply use the fully equipped, granite counter kitchen in the condo. 
This luxury unit is located on the second floor, served by an  
elevator  
just above the secure underground garage.  Beaches are five minutes  
away.  
 
Everything is furnished including linens, coffee, utensils, two LCD 
televisions with all channels, DVD player, computer with high speed 
internet, and a separate CD player.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Condos are newly renovated with wood flooring.  Kitchen has  
dishwasher, blender, 2 door refrigerator with ice maker and water,  
microwave and toaster.  Flat screen televisions with full cable, 
computer and high speed internet and desk.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, tennis, beaches, Legoland, Sea World and the world famous San  
Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park.  The La Costa Spa and Resort is a  
world class destination resort, with numerous activities within feet  
of the condo.

Vacation Rental Rates

September 12 to May 31... $150 to $175 per night 
June 1 to June 30........ $175 per night 
July 1 to September 11... $200 to $250 per night 
Call for weekly and monthly rates.  Three night minimum. 
 
U.S. Open at Torry Pines; Special package available that includes  
tickets for all 7 days. 
 
Cleaning fee of $85 not included.
