Caglez beach house is located in Progreso Port, just 3 kms. west of Main Plaza downtown, where we have the widest, tranquil beach, shallow water of the Progreso coast.  The house was built all on ground floor, no steps. It's a 1000 square meters property. Well secured.  This property has four bedrooms with the following beds: One king, one queen, one double and two single beds., linen and towels provided, four bathrooms, living and dining areas well furnished,  kitchen with all the neccesary appliances like: Large refrigerator, propane stove with oven, blender, toaster, microwave, silverware, pots, plates, etc.  Hot water in kitchen and bathrooms, covered front terrace with a charcoal/gas grill and place to hang your hammocks, laundry room with a large laundry machine, covered carport for two cars, telephone for income and local calls, internet, two televisions, DVD, Air conditioned in bedrooms and ceiling fans.   House alarm system and a large safety box.  A great variety of novel books. Progreso has all the services of a large city; bank machines, grocery stores, laundries, movie theathers, 24-hours pharmacies, internet cafes, very good restaurants, shopping, etc.

Progreso's safe, tranquil beaches have not currents or tides making them great for swimming, floating, windsurfing and jetskiing.  Swaying palm trees, friendly people of Mayan heritage, folklore, fresh seafood, a seaside boulevard "El Malecon", a local mexican market, handcrafts, a variety of aquatic excursions into the mangroves or along the coast.

Rates from September to November $ 800 usd per week.  $1200 usd per month.  From December to June $1700 usd per month $1000 usd per week
Easter and Christmas weeks $1500 usd each.
July and August $5000 usd per month. $1500 usd per week.

Long term rental or lease (From three months or more) $1500 usd. per month.

A refundable security deposit of $200 usd. is required to be paid on arrival day.

A downpayment  is required to comfirm your reservation. 

Internet and Satellite TV fees are $50 usd per month each. $20 usd per week.

Monthly rates are charged as a month period (January, February, March, etc.).  Taking days of one month an part of the other month, it can be charged as a weekly rate. It's cheaper to rent the complete month and arrive whenever you want.

 Air-conditioned is not paid in the rental fee.
