Mansions By The Sea is the premier, luxury condominium complex on 
Sunset Beach, named appropriately for the most magnificent sunsets 
north of Key West. And this spacious,luxury two bedroom((1450 sq. 
ft.)apartment has the most spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico 
and the intracoastal waterway from its nearly 50 foot balcony. The 
walls are floor to ceiling glass so you feel you can almost reach 
out and touch the beach.

This five star resort-like, gulf front community provides truly 
gracious Mansions living with heated, large outdoor pool, top grade, 
lighted tennis courts, well equiped exercise and billiards rooms, 
men's and women's saunas, shuffleboard, off the dock and beach 
fishing, library, onsite manager, security guard and 
under cover parking.

Facing north and west over the gulf, you get both gorgeous sunrise 
and sunset views as well as a great view of the intracoastal.  Newly 
carpeted and furnished, this condo has two bedrooms.  One with 
queensize bed, the second bedroom has both a queen size bed and a 
trundle bed that pulls out to kingsize. The living room has a large 
sofa, love seat and oversized chair. Dining area seats six. The 
kitchen also has a table that seats 4. Unit also has a new washer 
and dryer.
