BeachPark Place spacious house 1 block from beach in South Haven

BeachPark Place...the name says it all! This spacious home makes fun
easy! It is located just one block from the beach and a half block
from the fantastic Kids' Corner Playground.  Repeat guests
make up many of our bookings each year!

The home has 5 bedrooms - sleeping accommodations for 12.   3 have queen beds with brand new Serta pillowtop mattresses.  1 has two twins.  The fifth is a larger room that has two twins and 2 sofas.  There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

There are two bathrooms (one remodeled in 2008).
for 12.  Enjoy a large outdoor deck and private yard for barbecues and
lounging. Kids will love the library/game room.

Other features include a fully-equipped & remodeled kitchen, living
room, family room, dining room, free wi-fi, TV with DVD
player and cable, central A/C, and washer and dryer.

There is something for everyone in your group when you stay at
BeachPark Place. Just one block from the beach and amazing sunsets.
A half block from Kids' Corner Playground. South Haven harbor,
dining, shopping,and local events are also just a short walk away.
If you are the walking, hiking, biking type note the Kal-Haven trail
is just a few miles away.

Sleeps 12 including 3 Queen beds!
Weekly stays mid June through end of August.   Other times daily (two night minimum) stays available.

Rates are $2,400/week (summer)
$325/night for September through early June. A deposit of 50% is
required at the time a reservation is made. Balance is due 60 days
prior to arrival date. Please, no pets and no smoking.
