Spacious living, dining and kitchen areas provide space for memorable family gatherings. The Master
Bedroom offers a queen bed, two closets and a private bath. Bedroom two also has a queen bed,
bedroom three has twin beds and a sofa bed is available is the Living Area.

Part of a quiet, family oriented four unit building with raised first floor, Holiday House #1
has a large, private covered porch to enjoy the sounds of the surf and the ocean views with a
morning cup of coffee, evening drink or family moments.

The lower level "Gathering Area" offers a plenty of space to meet with your friends or fellow
guests. Perfect for enjoying a game of ping pong, grilling a meal on one of the gas grills, or just
relaxing in the rockers or wooden swings! And after a day on the beach, the lower level provides 2

Summer Season 7 night minimum exception: 3 night minimum nightly rental available on last minute
unrented days (one week before arrival date).

A Credit Card number is required at time of reservation for security and will not be used if all
terms and conditions of Rental Agreement are met and if property is undamaged.

50% of rental rate Deposit is required.

Credit Card Deposit charged on day reservation is made.

Deposit Check must be received within 7 days or reservation will be cancelled.

Refunds:

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 80% of monies received as deposit will be
returned once the property is re-rented for the full amount of the original reservation.

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date: all monies are forfeited unless the property is re-
rented for the full amount of the original reservation.
