Kitchen is fully equipped with convection oven, water/ice dispenser in fridge, dishwasher and coffee  
maker.  Includes kitchen basics such as spices, flour, sugar, tea and coffee.  
Good size family room with 3 leather couches, TV & DVD player and wood burning fireplace. 
The View from this home is spetacular, with incredible summer sunsets! 
Large entertaining 2 level deck with BBQ, 3 steps onto the sand for your own private beach fire,  
clam dig in your own back yard!!
