directly across from the elevator, making loading and unloading a

Once you're settled in, hit the beach and R-E-L-A-X! Vacationing  
along Mission Bay's Sail Bay on Crown Point's Riviera Drive is truly  
like vacationing 'on the Riviera!' Located on the 'quieter' side of  
Mission Bay, directly across from Mission Beach, guests at Riviera  
Villas enjoy excellent views, long stretches of white sandy beaches  
and the calm, warmer waters of Sail Bay - perfect for relaxing,  
sailing, para-surfing or jet skiing, perfect for the kids, perfect  
for your vacation.  
 
A very short walk or bike ride down the bayside boardwalk takes you  
to Fanual Park - a haven for kids, parents, joggers and sunbathers  
alike! It's "playground meets beach!" The boardwalk continues for  
miles offering a never-ending sightseeing experience! Of course you  
can always just cross the street and hop from the bayside boardwalk  
to the ocean boardwalk! Full of walkers, joggers, skateboarders,  
bicyclists, unicyclists, surfers and more, the sights on this  
boardwalk never get old. (There is a speed limit on the boardwalk,  
but it's still best to keep an eye on the little ones).

Vacation Rental Amenities

Your 3-bedroom, 2-bath rental is located on the main floor - close  
to the elevator, entrance and laundry facilities. It features a  
master bedroom with king bed, huge walk-in closet and a 2-sink bath  
with tub/shower and toilet. Each of the other two bedrooms offer a  
queen size bed and share a full bathroom - also with tub/shower. 
 
Your bayside condo was recently remodeled and upgraded with new  
paint, electrical, plumbing, tiled floors, lights, range, microwave  
and refrigerator. 
 
The kitchen comes fully-equipped, offers just about all the  
appliances you could want - toaster, blender, coffer maker and  
more... and a bay view! 
 
Your bay view continues from both the dining room and your private  
patio. Relax outside and enjoy a cocktail at sunset... or better  
yet, walk outside, down the ramp and onto the sand! 
 
Of course, we also provide cable television, DVD Player, stereo, CD  
player and alarm clocks.

Beach/Mission Bay Park has 27 miles of shoreline, 19 of which are  
popular white sand beaches! Here you'll find a wide range of  
recreational activities, including 26 miles of paths for walking,  
jogging and biking and playgrounds for children. Come stay in our  
beautiful, 3-bed, 2-bath home located on luxurious Riviera Drive.  
Riviera Villas sits on the sand on the 'mellow side' of Mission Bay - 
 directly across from Mission Beach. We are located in San  
Diego/Pacific Beach in the exclusive community of Crown Point on the  
coveted strip known as Riviera Drive. From here, you are less than  
five minutes to Belmont Park - an amusement park on the ocean with  
rides, a wave machine, food and fun. You're also about 5 minutes  
away from Sea World, 15 minutes from the World Famous San Diego Zoo,  
downtown's Gaslamp District and Petco Park. Your worry-free, fun-
