(East 82nd and 2nd Avenue) This charming 1890's brownstone is just
streets away from the Metropolitan Art Museum and Central Park.
It recently underwent an extensive renovation and now houses two
short-term style apartments and the owner's duplex.
This apartment is the entire second floor of a newly renovated townhouse located in the heart of the
Upper East Side (East 82nd and Second Avenue). This charming, 1890�s brownstone is just five blocks
straight East from the Metropolitan Art Museum and Central Park. It is very centrally located to
transportation, museums, shops and cafes. It is a very charming block with mostly row-houses. If you
ever saw the movie "You've Got Mail" with Meg Ryan...this is about as close as it gets.
It recently underwent a mulit-million dollar renovation and now houses three apartments (two are
short-term) and one is the owner's duplex. The rental apartment is only used for short-term stays
and both units are furnished identical and have the same floor plan. One unit is the 2nd floor and
the other unit is the 3rd floor.
The apartment has the feel of a luxurious hotel suite comparable to a four star hotel. The
furnishings are attractive and comfortable. The bedding is 1st quality, including pillow top
mattresses, down comforters, down pillows, and Egyptian cotton sheets. The apartment has one bedroom
with a king bed, two bedrooms with a queen bed and one bedroom with a full bed. (please keep in mind
that the second bedroom is accessed through the master bedroom.)
The living room has a 32 inch plasma screen tv as well as a large tv in the master bedroom. Both
tv's have full cabel with HBO. The apartment has a secured wireless internet for access with your
personal computer. The apartment has central air conditioning.
There is a new and well stocked kitchen in addition to a washer and dryer inside the apartment. We
are very family friendly and children are most welcome. We keep a portable crib and high chair in
each apartment along with a basket of toys. We can NOT accommodate pets and NO smoking in the
apartment. There is a fair amount of street parking for cars and a reasonable priced garage on the
block. There are several gourment food markets in the area and even a full sized grocery store just
around the corner.

AC, free wireless internet access for your own laptop computer, 2
TV's with cable and DVD/VCR players.
Portable crib, highchairs and childrens toys and videos. Full
kitchen, washer and dryer in the apartment.

After all this is New York City! The apartment is steps away to two
major buses and five streets away to
two subways stations. Taxi's are in an abundance in this charming
and historic neighborhood. The area is filled with restaurants,
shops and famous Park Avenue haunts. The Metropolitan Museum,
Guggenheim and Central Park are all a 10 minute walk away.

Each unit is $499 per night or $3400 per week. No additional fees!
4 night minimun unless booking less than 30 days or gaps in the calendar.
Each unit sleep eight adults.
If your party is larger than eight adults you will need to rent both units.
Holiday Weeks $750 per night or $4800 for holiday weeks.
Sales Tax is included in the price.

Prices include cleaning service, all utilities, cable TV and
internet.
