We have a lot of repeat renters and our houses book fast, so please contact us as early as possible for 2012 summer rentals. Rates will be higher for 2012, but if you book in full by January, 2011 rates will apply!

Our two clean, comfy houses are in the nicest, family-friendliest section of Ocean Bay Park (close to Seaview) and are only 7 houses from the OCEAN!  The houses are available for full-week, weekend and midweek rentals from May through October. Long weekends are also available for the Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day holidays.  (Additional days can also be added to create "super" weekend vacations!)

The houses are across the street from one another, about 100 yards from the least crowded & nicest beach on the island. There are stores and restaurants within a few blocks, and the bustling village of Ocean Beach is a nice stroll or quick bike ride away. One house has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), and the other has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8).

The houses are clean, well-maintained and fully equipped with everything you need for a great island stay: appliances (W/D, D/W, etc.); comfortable beds, full cooking gear, etc.; Weber BBQ grill; wagons & bicycles; linens & towels (beach & bath); Wi-Fi DSL (at the 4-bedroom house); Satellite TV's in each house with DirecTV, HBO, etc.; VCR/DVD, CD/stereo; games, beach toys, movie library; deck & beach chairs... and more!

Both houses have front and back decks, outdoor shower, and the master bedroom in the 3-bedroom house has its own private balcony deck. Great for sunbathing, midnight star gazing & moon watching (telescope provided!), or for a private "treetop" cup of coffee in the morning.  The 3-bedroom house has a NEW, oversized cedar outdoor shower!  The 4-bedroom house has a NEW renovated kitchen with new appliances!

Fire Island is unlike any other vacation destination. There's plenty to do, by yourself, with your friends or with your kids. The diversity of communities makes it even more interesting. You can hop on a bike and go explore while riding the many boardwalks and
walkways that criss-cross the island. Of course, let's not forget the beach and all the fun it has to offer! And it's only 100 yards from both houses!

Fire Island has activities for everyone, including swimming, shopping, surfing, bodysurfing, hiking, sailing, wildlife observing, tennis, fishing, etc. Go to Sunken Forest and explore the island in its natural state! You can also take fun daytrips to other communities or even
visit the Fire Island Lighthouse. Children will enjoy the playgrounds (closest is only a 5 minute walk), kiddie beaches and wildlife all around. Cars are not a worry in the summer months - just fun and sun!

Rental rates vary depending:
- on house (3 Bedroom or 4 Bedroom)
- rental term (Full Week, Weekend or Midweek)
- rental month (rentals are available from May through October).

Rentals are for FAMILIES and MELLOW groups (minimum age = 25).  This is not a share house and we do not rent to prom groups, etc.
