only 250 yards from the Gulf of Mexico, right next to beautiful 
Oyster
Lake and two walking minutes from the Gulf as well as the Golf!

Perfect for a large family or even two families with its TWO full
kitchens, TWO dining rooms, and TWO well equipped great rooms.
Periwinkle can be divided for half price to sleep up to six.

This two-story, Florida beach cottage has private entrances for each
level, large covered patio/decks (240 additional square feet) with
great views to Oyster Lake and sunset views just out your window. Has
it all: beach or pool, golf or shopping, fine dining or cook in 
style.

Entertainment is easy with six large TV's equipped with two DVD's,
stereo surround sound, and four VCR's. Sleeps as many as 12-14 with
two kings, two queens, and two queen sleepers, plus an extra couch on
each level (could sleep two more, total of 14).

Santa Rosa Beach Golf course is right down the street, while the
community pool is just 35 steps away.

Practical features include washer and dryer on each level and
independent air conditioning units. Parking for four cars and great
privacy from neighboring homes is unexpected in this popular 
location.
