stereo surround sound, and four VCR's. Sleeps as many as 12-14 with
two kings, two queens, and two queen sleepers, plus an extra couch on
each level (could sleep two more, total of 14).

Santa Rosa Beach Golf course is right down the street, while the
community pool is just 35 steps away.

Practical features include washer and dryer on each level and
independent air conditioning units. Parking for four cars and great
privacy from neighboring homes is unexpected in this popular
