landscaped acres with gated entry. 
• 180 degree ocean views from every room and poolside. In addition all bedrooms also have view of 
Plantation Golf Course and West Maui mountains

• Enter the marble tiled foyer through tiger wood doors with etched glass panels created by local 
Maui artist. 
• Tiger wood and glass spiral staircase takes you to Master bedroom and office/bedroom connected by 
glass catwalk over great room. 
• Formal marble dining room with ocean view and sliding glass doors to patio. 
• Fabulous chef’s kitchen and pantry features Sub Zero refrigerator and separate freezer plus two 
refrigerator drawers, separate ice maker and wine refrigerator. Two Dacor ovens with 6 burner gas 
range and microwave/convection oven. Full sized Bosch dishwasher plus Fisher-Paykel drawer 
dishwasher, teak cabinets, quartzite countertops and center island/bar, marble floors.

• Bedroom #1: Master bedroom is outfitted with a premium king sized bed, chaise lounge and rocker, 
42” flat panel, wall mounted plasma TV and DVD player and private balcony. Master bath features dual 
sinks, a soaking tub, an oversized, marble slab shower with 3 shower heads one of which is a rain 
shower and a Molokai, golf course, mountain and shore-line view. 
• Bedroom #2: Downstairs guest suite has king sized bed, flat paneled TV and DVD player and private 
lanai. Connecting bath has dual designer basins, soaking tub, marble slab shower and privacy garden. 
• Bedroom #3: Third bedroom features a queen bed, marble bath, walk-in closet, flat-panel TV and DVD 
player and private lanai. 
• Bedroom #4: Fourth bedroom features a deluxe queen size wall bed, chaise lounge, full marble bath 
and private balcony. Fourth bedroom, which can also be used as an office, has tiger wood paneling 
and floor and features a desk top PC with dual monitors, printer and fax for guest use. 
• Fifth bathroom is all granite with vessel sink, shower and access to pool.
