3 Bedroom Second Floor of House 11th Avenue in Seaside Park

This spacious fully air conditioned house is located on 11th Avenue and Barnegat Avenue in a quiet narrow part of the island. The house sits one short block from the bay and 2 blocks from the ocean.

What we provide: dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, toaster,
coffee maker (full kitchen), pillows, blankets, radio/CD player, TV
with cable and DVD player. Weber Charcoal Grill (no propane).

What to bring: bed linens/sheets, towels, toiletries,
food, toilet paper, napkins, paper towels and dish soap, bikes and
fishing gear, charcoal for grill.

Tips: Pick up all your food supplies/needs before you arrive on the
barrier island. There is an �up-charge� for everything bought on the
island.

Regretfully we do not rent to college springbreak students and
highschool students/graduates (try Seaside Heights area).

No smoking or pets permitted.

Perfect for 6 people but can sleep up to 8 if necessary (6 Adults
Max.)
2 bedrooms have full size beds and the 3rd has 3 single beds.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and a
pass thru' kitchen counter.
Living Room with TV/Cable/DVD and Futons, dining alcove off living room.
Enclosed Porch with views towards sunsets and the bay.
A private fenced in area is provided with weber grill, picnic table and umbrella.
Large outside shower with hot and cold water and changing area.

This part of the New Jersey Coast line is unique for white sandy
beaches. Island Beach State Park (IBSP)is one half mile from the
house and provides 10 miles of pristine natural area and surf
fishing.

Closeby at 6th and 12th Avenues on the bayside, there are crabbing and fishing
piers and a playground and toddler swim beach. Public Tennis courts
and softball field are located at 13th Avenue.

The Seaside Heights Boardwalk is 2 miles away - a short drive or bike ride!

Enjoy the bay for its spectacular sunsets all year.

Month of May - $1200 per week
Month of June - $1300 per week
July thru' Labor Day - $1600 per week
Month of September - $1200 per week
Month of October - $1000 per week

Long weekends or shorter stays are negotiable (not during July or August).

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday

Security deposit (30% of rental fee) will be returned after property
has been inspected and keys returned (within 1 week). Additional
returnable deposit of $40 per beach tag may be made.
