Spacious 3 bedroom House close to water in Seaside Park

This spacious house with high efficiency whisper quiet central a/c, is located on 11th Avenue and Barnegat Avenue in a quiet narrow part of the island. Undamaged by Sandy, the house sits one short block from the bay and 2 blocks from the ocean. (This rental unit is the ONLY "rental" on property. 1st floor 1 bedroom unit is occasionally used by landlord and wife at weekends throughout summer)

*Sleeps 7 (with children)-- Maximum*6 adults (16yo and older)

*Ask about a reduced rate for groups of 5 or less.

What we provide: dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, toaster,
coffee maker (full kitchen), pillows, blankets, radio/CD player, TV
with cable and DVD player -- AND WiFi

4 beach passes.

Outdoor eating and sitting area: picnic table with umbrella, gas grill and chairs

What to bring: bed linens/sheets, towels, toiletries,
food, toilet paper, napkins, paper towels and dish soap, bikes and
fishing gear, charcoal if your prefer charcoal grill.

Tip: Pick up all your food supplies/needs before you arrive on the
barrier island.

No smoking or pets permitted.

Perfect for a family of 6 people but can sleep up to 7 with small children.
2 bedrooms have full size beds and the 3rd has 3 single beds.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and a
pass thru' kitchen counter.

Living Room with TV/Cable/DVD and Futons, dining alcove off living room.
Enclosed Porch with views towards sunsets and the bay.

A private fenced-in outdoor area is provided.
Large outside shower with hot and cold water and changing area.

This part of the New Jersey Coast line is unique for white sandy
beaches. Island Beach State Park (IBSP)is one half mile from the
house and provides 10 miles of pristine natural area and surf
fishing.

Close by at 6th Avenues on the bayside, there are crabbing and fishing
piers and a playground and toddler swim beach. Public Tennis courts
and softball field are located at 13th Avenue.

Seaside Heights Boardwalk is 2 miles away - a short drive or bike ride!

Enjoy the bay for its spectacular sunsets all year.

2013 Dates

June - $1400 per week
July thru' Labor Day - $1600 per week (*We will consider a reduced rate for groups of 5 or less.)
Month of September - $1400
Month of October - $1100 per week

Long weekends or shorter stays are negotiable (not during July or August).

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday

Security deposit of $200 will be returned after property
has been inspected and keys returned (within 1 week).

Ask about our 3 or 4 night-weekend rates for Sept and Oct. and Nov.
