Indian Shores is a small and lovely beach community occupying 2/12 miles of the white sand Gulf of Mexico coastline.

Located in Pinellas County on a beautiful barrier island called Sand Key, and approximately 40 minutes from Tampa on the Gulf coast of Florida, mid way between Clearwater and St.Pete's beach.

There are a series of wonderful beach communities and bridges to the mainland. This area has a distinct vacation look and feel to it.

Indian Shores is also known for its pristine beaches and entertaining eating establishments.

Within a few short miles to Madeira beach is the popular John's Pass Village. It is a boardwalk and old fishing village with a collection of shops and villages...a unique and delightful place to visit.

-Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of total reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be in U.S. funds.  For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival, payment is required in full.

-Rates are based for up to 4 adult occupancy.

Add $120 Cleaning + 12% Taxes to above prices per rental term.

Accidental Rental Damage Insurance (ARDI)
$45 per stay, required for bookings longer than 7-nights
Optional for stays up to 7 nights

Optional Cancellation Insurance is available
$100 per rental
