Located in Pinellas County on a beautiful barrier island called Sand Key, and approximately 40 minutes from Tampa on the Gulf coast of Florida, mid way between Clearwater and St.Pete's beach.

Payment/Rate Terms
-Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Processed via Plumlee Realty.

-Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of total reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be in U.S. funds.  For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival, payment is required in full.

-Rates are based for up to 4 adult occupancy.

-Cancellations require 45 days notice prior to arrival for refund (less $100 service fee)

Fees and Taxes

Add $120 Cleaning + 12% Taxes to above prices per rental term.

Accidental Rental Damage Insurance (ARDI)
$45 per stay, 'Required' for bookings longer than 7-nights
'Optional' for stays up to 7 nights

**For families with children, ARDI is Required for ANY minimum stay.

Optional Cancellation Insurance is available for 7% of your total rental

Please Note: Credit card imprints will be required at the rental office upon arrival as a security deposit
