Vacation Rental Description

Newly renovated 2007 ocean view home.  Look at the pictures, it says it all.  One of the best views  
in the community, with floor to ceiling windows that face the ocean, with only steps away from the  
ocean (literally across the street from the ocean with no obstructions). Home features (2) bedrooms,  
(2) full baths, complete kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, and laundry/mud room. 
 
Bedroom 1 
Queen size bed, with ajointing bathroom. Bedroom has (3) closets for lots of storage space, and  
cable tv.  The ajointing bathroom features large walkin shower, corner toilet and over sized vanity. 
 
Bedroom 2 
Queen size bed, with ajointing bathroom.  Bedroom has cable tv, and a great view of the ocean.   
Bathroom features jacuzzi tub/ shower. 
 
Kitchen 
Our kitchen is fully equipt, new flat top stove, diswasher, refridgerater with icemaker, and garbage  
disposal.  All amenities needed, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, pots, pans, utensils,  
and dishes. 
 
Dining room 
Great view of ocean, our dining room is very roomy.  It includes a wine rack cabinet! 
 
Living room 
Lots of comfortable furniture, access new deck from sliding glass door.  Deck has gas grill and  
patio furniture, for your relaxation. 
 
Laundry room 
The laundry room has washer/dryer, iron board and iron, racks to hang wet towels or bathinsuit, it  
also holds the extra deck furniture.  
 
The house has all new furniture and flooring.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our home is located in Oceanside Village which is a 144 acre gated community, with our own private  
ocean front parking for the beach.  The community of Oceanside Village is a family oriented  
community with 24 hour security.  The community offers a out door swimming pool with kiddie pool,  
indoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, golf cart rentals,  
commuinity center, libary and exercise center.  Across the street at the beach, enjoy the Conch  
Cafe. It's an ocean front resturant that serves lunch and dinner or just stop by for a cocktail  
while you kick back on the beach.  Private beach parking is for owners and there renters, it also  
offers bathrooms with showers.

Activities and Attractions

There is alot to do within the community.  The recreation center offers many activities all year  
long, water aerobics, cookouts, and other special events, just check it out upon check in.  Our home  
is about 15 miles away from Broadway at the beach, where you can shop till you drop or eat in  
resturants like Hard Rock Cafe, Senior Frogs, or Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville.  If thats not your  
style drive 3 miles to Murrells Inlet, where you can pick from a variety of resturants that sit on  
decks over looking the bay, you can even watch the local fisherman and charterman return from a hard  
days work.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rates  
 
January thru April     $975.00 a month 
January thru April     $675.00 a week 
May thru September     $1275.00 a week 
October thru December  $975.00 a month 
October thru December  $675.00 a week 
 
During the summer months, house is only available by weekly rental. 
 
Reservations are made only upon reciept of the $200.00 deposit.  This deposit goes towards the cost  
of your vacation stay, because it goes towards your stay their will be no refund of the deposit.   
The cost of you stay includes cleaning, although we stress that you maintain our home in the same  
manner as you found it. 
 
Please note that rentals usually run from a Saturday to a Saturday, exceptions my be made in advance  
with the owner.  If you see a week open but the two saturdays are booked, it only means that the  
morning hours thur checkout or late afternoon hours for check in are marked off.  Check with owner  
for clarification.
