For a short or long trip with friends or family, l'Auberge de Lise is the perfect place to stay 
in Montréal

Featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms in a condo-style accommodation in the heart 
of beautiful Monkland neighborhood in Montréal. Fully furnished and equipped with five 
appliances, all kitchenware and houseware.

This apartment was recently fully renovated. Amenities include original woodwork, wood 
floors, fireplace, air conditioning, cable TV, wireless High-Speed Internet, phone, towels, 
linens, and private outdoor parking.

You will be staying on a quiet tree-lined street, steps away from parks and lively Monkland 
avenue with its lovely cafés, romantic restaurants, delightful French bakeries, and inviting 
shops.

Centrally located, only a 10 min car ride to downtown where all the shopping and festivals 
are, 15 to 20 min by public transportation, 2 min walk to subway, buses and major 
expressways, 15 min walk to beautiful Victoria Village in Westmount.

$250US/night + 3% Lodging Tax for up to 8 people. Additional people are $20US/person/
night + 3% Lodging Tax.

Other rooms are a kitchen (with fridge, stove, dishwasher, kitchenware, toaster, and coffee 
machine), a dining room, a small den, a bathroom with shower/tub combination. The 
living room has a television with cable TV.

Ground floor: Laundry room with free washer and dryer, one bedroom with a double bed 
and a patio door to the back, one bathroom with a shower.

The apartment has wireless High-Speed Internet. Each bedroom has its own closet. Three 
of the bedrooms also have a dresser.
