and family room with stone fireplace. Huge deck is just steps from the
water. 200 feet of waterfront offers nice privacy. This home is
well-suited for larger families or multiple families.

This home provides bottled drinking water.

First floor bedroom 1: 1 queen
First floor bedroom 2: 3 twins
Second floor bedroom 3: 2 twins
Second floor bedroom 4: 1 queen
Second floor bedroom 5: two bunks(4 twins)

Vacation Rental Amenities

200 feet of waterfront just steps from this spacious cottage on Great
Pond. Large deck overlooking the water. Fully equipped with cable,
microwave, dishwasher.

Activities and Attractions

Whether it's world class fishing for bass/pike/lake trout, hiking,
boating or golfing or just plain old relaxing, the Belgrade Lakes
region has it all. There are many miles of well-maintained trails
through the Kennebec Highlands(get a map downtown at Day's Store) and
local guides specializing in fishing trips.  Head down to Castle
Island Camps to get great local advice on the best fishing on Long
Pond.  World class rafting trips on the Kennebec, Dead and Penobscot
rivers are only 90 minutes away.  The famous LL Bean store and
Freeport outlet shopping is only a 45 minute drive from the lake. The
Belgrade Community Center also offers fun summer activities for the kids.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2200 weekly 3rd week of June thru Labor Day week
$1600 weekly week after Labor Day thru 2nd week of June
$300 nitely off-season(3 nite minimum)

7% Maine lodging tax will be applied to rental fee

CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED(VISA/Mastercard)


To make and hold a reservation a deposit of 50% is required and must
be received within 7 days to hold your rental.  Remaining balance is
due 60 days prior to arrival.  Please remember- no dates are 
confirmed until deposit is received. A credit card(VISA/Mastercard) is
required for security deposit.
