This bright and fun Sea Woods condo has all new furniture and
flooring. The colors and artwork are bright and happy. Family room
has TV with cable, ceiling fan and leather sectional sleeper sofa with
2 reclining chairs. The sleeper sofa folds out to a Queen sized bed.

The dining room has maple table with leaf and chairs that can seat 6.
There is also a wonderful, cheerful bar for serving a cool beach
cocktail. Kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator,
coffee maker, toaster, and more. The kitchen has everything a cook
needs for making great meals and for entertaining.

There are full-sized washer and dryer inside to help minimize your
packing. The porch is tiled and complete with table and chairs - a
great place to drink your morning coffee and feel the soothing ocean
breezes.

The bathroom has separate areas for privacy between the shower and
second sink. The master bedroom has TV, ceiling fan, King sized bed
with brand new memory foam topper, desk, and two beautiful maple
dressers with lots of drawer storage. Bright and happy colors at
every turn.

Sea Woods is a large, natural complex across A1A from the beach.
(South Atlantic Ave.) It is just south of the Food Lion. There is a
nice public walkover across from the neighborhood entrance leading
directly to the beach. There is no driving allowed on this section of
the beach to increase your relaxation. No need to watch out for cars!

Condo is equipped with beautiful tropical dinnerware, clean, colorful
bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer.

Everything about this condo feels new and sparkling clean.
You'll feel happy the moment you walk in the door. In order to keep
it pristine, NO PETS OR SMOKING are allowed in this condo.

Sea Woods is a large, natural complex with over 50 acres and many ways
to enjoy the outdoors and unwind. There are beautiful, winding
tree-shaded trails for biking or walking, or jogging. There is even a
grocery store within a good walk's distance.

Additionally, there are 3 sparkling pools. One is heated during the
cooler months. There is a complete workout room and sauna. Sea Woods
has 4 fabulous tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, and a
shuffleboard court.  Sea Woods has a very active social calendar.

Across A1A from the entrance to Sea Woods, you will find a walkover to
take you directly onto the sugary, white sands of New Smyrna Beach.

Beach activities here include sunning, surfing, fishing, swimming,
kayaking, and relaxing. Within Sea Woods, activities include biking,
jogging, walking, tennis, racquetball, weightlifting, swimming, and
shuffleboard. There are also nearby golf courses.

New Smyrna is known for its small town atmosphere and delightful and
unique shopping, dining and galleries. Dolphins can be spotted along
the beach and sea turtles nest along the shore.

Daytona Beach and the Ponce Inlet lighthouse are a short drive away.

Just over an hour's drive is Orlando with Disney, Sea World, Universal
Studios, and fabulous shopping and dining.

Easy day trips also include Tampa's Busch Gardens, St. Augustine, and
the Kennedy Space Center.

A 15% Premium is charged on Holiday and Special Event weeks (ex. 4th of July, Race Week, etc.)

Extra nights may be available. Multiple month discounts may be
available.

taxes or departure $70 housekeeping fee.
