Exceptional quality furnishings and construction with dramatic architectural details. Mission style furniture, hardwood
floors, custom blinds and tongue n' groove paneling. Kitchen and bathrooms have ceramic tile and
Corian counters. Living room with fireplace has recessed lighting with dimmers for mood
adjustments. Partial air conditioning; all 5 bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a huge screened
in Florida room. A 104 inch long dining room table is perfect for large gatherings. WiFi Internet access (bring your laptop)
The house sits on an acre of landscaped property. The private backyard has a hot tub, wishing
well and swing glider overlooking the water. The paths lead to the dock and 160 feet of shoreline(!)
This is a non-smoking home. Pets are not allowed.

Your 650 lb. capacity boat is tied to our dock, with life jackets for your use. There is
fishing off the dock. The huge outdoor hot tub is surrounded by complete privacy. The game room has
pool, air hockey, board games, a home bar and wine cooler. The house has 3 TV's, stereo and a
VCR/DVD player. There is a barbeque grill and outdoor furniture.
The property is adjacent to a very large children's play area with swings, slides, climbing
equipment, etc. It is also adjacent to the ballfield, basketball court, picnic area and a community
Olympic-sized pool.

You will have access to Hemlock Farms community amenities and events. These include indoor and
outdoor olympic-sized pools, full-size modern fitness center, club house with game room, tennis
courts, sandy beaches with lifeguard, ice skating, snow tubing and sledding, hiking, biking, a teen
center and children's day care.
A daily bus going to and from New York stops just outside the gate.
State game lands in the area are for hunting, hiking and camping. Other nearby activities are
golf, horseback riding, paintball-skirmish, kayaking, miniature golf, go-karts and bumper boats,
also arena roller skating.
