Beautiful, Quiet, Clean and Good Service by Owner
Thank you for opening this beautiful home to my family. My wife and I spent 6.5 weeks in this absolutely stunning townhouse and we were not disappointed. We had several family members visit during our stay and everyone raved about it's location, the amenities and overall surroundings. We walked or biked into town almost everyday - the location is just fantastic, close to the action but super quiet. the townhouse is in as-new condition, very clean with good beds (very important) and first rate furnishings. The pool and outdoor cooking area was a favorite spot for us. The pool area was very quiet every time we visited, which was often. The complex is not very big at all and everything was easily accessible. Another favorite was the outdoor lanai connected to the dining room; I think we spent more time there than inside the house, even with the summer heat. This townhouse is what I call "fully loaded" - there is every kind of kitchenware you can imagine. This was a hit with our professional chef daughter. Finally, we enjoyed having the indoor garage to park our rented bikes; there is also an outdoor parking space, both are just steps away. May, the manager, was wonderful. She was hospitable in all ways possible. She helped us with a car rental, gave great recommendations for local grocery shopping, restaurants and activities and even helped us secure a rental for our weekend getaway to Hilo. We enjoyed meeting her so much that we plan on being future guests again.

Accepted method of payment : PayPal, personal check, money order.

For confirmation, 50% of total balance is due at the time of booking
with the final balance due in full 90 days prior to arrival date. Non
refundable booking.

$300 fully refundable security deposit required at time of booking.
