Good discounts are available for party of two guests only. This is a
wonderfully spacious townhouse for two guests where you can spread
out, relax and enjoy each other's company while having space when you
need it.

Accepted method of payment : PayPal, personal check, money order.

For confirmation, 50% of total balance is due at the time of booking
with the final balance due in full 90 days prior to arrival date.  Non
refundable booking.

$300 fully refundable security deposit required at time of booking.

Reduced rates for paid-in-full bookings, please inquiry with Owner
directly.

Renter to pay gas & electricity over $100/week. 

11.42% Hawai'i Tax     

$150 Cleaning Fee
