Seabury Condo is located on the South end of the island.  Unit 202 - 
Sleeps 6. Private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, central 
air conditioning, two TV's (cable), VCR, DVD, linens and utensils, 
washer and dryer in unit, no smoking, no pets, pool, king size bed, 
two single beds,sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), dining rooms table with 
chairs, beach towels. sleeps 6, completely furnished.  Master bedroom 
has a king size bed with large walk-in closet and own private full 
bathroom.  The second bedroom has 2 twin with plenty of closet space 
and access to a separate full bathroom.  Sliding glass doors leads to 
lanai from master bedroom and living room/dinning room.  Screened 
lanai overlooks pool.  Carpet flooring in living room and bedrooms.  
This is a Non-Smoking unit and No Pets are permitted. "Perfect for 
Snowbirds".
