Quiet location 300 yards down the street from the bayside water and Windsurf Inc, SPI’s premier windsurf and kite-board center. Windsurf Inc. gives lessons and rent excellent equipment. 2 blocks from Gulf beaches. Walking distance to convenience store and great restaurants!
Fenced-in backyard and secure windsurf equipment racks on back patio. Garage has 8' x 12' area that can be used by renters for equipment safekeeping. PVC tube cart for moving gear to water.
Tandem kayak for renter’s use.
Owners live in house next door for great service and island advice.

Upper - 2 bedrooms with 1 queen in one bedroom, 1 full and 1 twin
bed in the other. Full bed futon in living room. Full bath.
Full kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer. 27" flat screen TV with
Sattelite TV and DSL High Speed Internet connection.
Lower - 1 bedroom with two full beds and a full bed futon in rec
room. Full bath and an extra fold away bed available. No
kitchenette. 27" flat screen TV with Sattelite TV and DSL
High Speed Internet connection.
Viento Vista is pet friendly but there is a $50 fee to keep it flea
free for our furry guests.

Windsurfing Inc. for windsurfing and kiteboarding rentals and
lessons for kids and adults.
Short walk (2 blocks)to beach access.
2 blocks to Fitness Center.
Close to the Cinema and shopping.

Upstairs Only rates are 70% (rate X .7) of the whole house rate.

Security Deposit $200 (Returnable if no damages or losses)
