of Clearwater Beach. This exclusive setting has only THREE
residences per floor and elevator access to your own Private foyer.
It is the perfect height to get the full view and beauty of
Clearwater Beach. The condominium has two reserved parking spaces in
the private enclosed garage directly under the building.

This premier unit gives you a breath-taking 280-degree view. You can
see it all as you look out the windows or stand on any of the four
large terraces: North and South beach, the inter-coastal waterway
and the skyline of beautiful Clearwater. The elevator only serves
five units with electronic private access directly to this unit.

One of the best features of this unit is that during the day, while
sitting on your private Northwest Terrace or Southwest Terrace you
have the beautiful view of North and South Beach and during the
night you can use your private Northeast Terrace or Southeast
Terrace for spectacular views of the lit-up skyline of Clearwater
and Clearwater Bay!

Each of the three bedrooms has its own full bath and walk-in closet.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed. Bedroom number two has two
twin beds and Bedroom number three has a queen-size bed. The
spacious living room provides a very light and airy feel. With a
full dining area and eat in kitchen, this unit provides a perfect
venue to entertain or just relax and enjoy your vacation.

The unit is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, Wolf gas
stove/oven, Asko dishwasher, Kitchen-aid microwave and a Sub-zero
refrigerator with ice maker allowing for your stay at White Sands to
be a home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with
utensils, flatware, pots and pans, etc for the best of cooks.

Located directly on Clearwater Beach, you are able to step directly
out onto the sand and dip your toes in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
All linens and cooking utensils are included. Interum Maid
service is available for an additional cost weekly or biweekly.

There are only 15 units in this condominium, three per floor. This
unit is one of three penthouse units (sixth floor). The condominium
has electronic access to all areas including the lounge and private
gym.

Minimum 90 day rental

Rates range from $4,500 to 6,250 per month depending on season.

Personal checks are accepted if received 2 weeks prior to arrival,
otherwise cash.

$125.00 Final cleaning fee required. Cleaning Service is also
available bi-weekly.

$500.00 non-refundable security deposit to secure date -- applied to
full usage fee.

$500 - 750.00 damage deposit (depending on length of stay) due upon
arrival. Returned within 15 days after condo inspection.
