This light and spacious 3BR 3.5BA, 2,286 sq ft Seville model is  
fabulously remodeled and newly furnished with lovely details.   
Located on the l0th fairway/green of the Mountain course at the La  
Quinta Resort Hotel and Spa and with views of the Santa Rosa  
Mountains, this home is great for entertaining and relaxing both  
indoors and out.  The large open great room/living area has  
comfortable furnishings, a dining/game table that seats 8 and a 52"  
flat screen Plasma TV with surround sound/DVD/CD and AM/FM  
entertainment system.  The large patio on the golf course has two  
table seating areas, with a third table area located in the entry  
courtyard.  In the main house, there are two large master suites of  
18'X24' plus the guest casita with two twin beds and its own full  
bath facilities.  Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD player.   
The gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook is the perfect location for  
a leisurely extended breakfast or light lunch and is outfitted with  
all new dishware, cookware and counter appliances.  For those who  
must balance vacation and career obligations, there is Wireless High  
Speed Internet access and FAX service available.  Situated between  
the two master suites is a spa area that is open to the skies for  
that anytime interlude or for soothing those tired golf or tennis  
muscles.  This incomparable vacation home has all the features,  
benefits and comforts that are most sought after, and the  
breathtaking sunsets aren't bad either!!!  Restaurants and shopping  
(including grocery and meal/snack delivery service from over 32  
restaurants-Restaurant Express) are available in the nearby village  
of La Quinta, the new ever expanding "Old Town La Quinta", with its  
quaint boutiques and eateries, and beyond.  Also available are the  
sports and spa facilities and restaurants of the La Quinta Resort  
Hotel and Spa.  We have several other models to choose from and
