Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful completely renovated and updated townhouse is perfect 
for your home away from home. 

It features two master bedrooms each with full bathrooms. The blue 
room furnished with a king size bed, two night stands, a dresser and 
his/hers closets, has its own balcony that overlooks the beautifully 
landscaped,privately fenced backyard. 

The green room complete with a queen size bed, two dressers and 
features a large walk in closet 
plus a window that faces the ocean so at night you can hear the 
waves.   

The townhouse is completely furnished with all new 
furniture,appliances, blankets, linens and towels. The main floor 
has two queen size sofa beds. 

The full service kitchen has all the 
utensils, bakeware and dishes to serve those favorite meals you 
don't have time to cook at home, or to quickly throw together snacks 
for the beach. 

You will also have use of a brand new washer and dryer.

The family room opens up to a screened in porch to enjoy the large 
private back yard. Direct cable TV on first floor.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rates:
$750.00  May-October
$950.00 November-April
$950.00 Holidays/shuttle launches

Monthly Rates:
$1950.00  May-October
$2400.00 November-February
$3250.00 March-April

Please add 11% Florida tax and 75.00 cleaning fee to all rates.
Multiple,consectutive weeks/months may qualifiy for a discounted 
rate.

25% deposit required to confirm booking. Remaining balance due 30 
days prior to arrival. Certified checks/money orders only.

There will be a 10% fee on all cancellations. Cancelations made 
within 45 days prior to arrival weekly and 60 days monthly will be 
charged a fee of 25%.  If renters leave early No REFUNDS 
WILL BE MADE. In the case of a mandatory evacuation you will be 
required to leave the premises. You will be given a credit towards 
future occupancy of the townhouse for any days you are unabe to 
occupy due to an official evactuation.
