landscaped,privately fenced backyard.
The green room complete with a queen size bed, two dressers and
features a large walk in closet
plus a window that faces the ocean so at night you can hear the
waves.
The townhouse is completely furnished with furniture, appliances, blankets, linens and towels. The main floor has two sofa beds.
The full service kitchen has all the
utensils, bakeware and dishes to serve those favorite meals you
don't have time to cook at home, or to quickly throw together snacks
for the beach.
You will also have use of a washer and dryer.
The family room opens up to a screened in porch to enjoy the large
private back yard.

Multiple,consectutive weeks/months may qualifiy for a discounted
rate.

25% deposit required to confirm booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

There will be a 10% fee on all cancellations. NO REFUNDS on Cancelations made
within 45 days prior to arrival on weekly and 60 days on monthly. If renters leave early No REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. In the case of a mandatory evacuation you will be
required to leave the premises. You will be given a credit towards
future occupancy of the townhouse for any days you are unabe to
occupy due to an official evactuation.
