Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to our Country Pines Townhouse. Located in the White Mountains 
in a gated commmunity, this nicely furnished townhouse is located in the
heart of Pinetop, yet tucked away among the trees to be private enough
for a relaxing family vacation getaway.  
Our home also has a cozy feeling for a romantic get away for two.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Upstairs:
3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs with all linens provided.
•	A master suite with a queen bed.
•	1 bedroom with a double bed.
•	1 bedroom with two twin beds.   
Downstairs: 
•	A fully equipped kitchen with service for 6 and all the   amenities
you would expect in your own home. 
•	A private fenced deck off the dining area.  
•	Living room with a wood burning fireplace, sofa, love seat and
recliner.  
•	Cable television with DVD/VCR player. 
•	Half bathroom
•	local phone service only; long distance requires calling card.

Activities and Attractions

The town of Pinetop Lakeside is located about 3 1/2 hours northeast 
of Phoenix and northeast of Tucson. Once you turn onto White Mountain
Boulevard going to Pinetop, it is 11.6 miles to Adair Street.
Across the street from El Rancho just down from Charlie Clarks and the
Country Store.  About five miles from the Hon-Dah Casino and Lounge.
Easy access to grocery, hardware, and other stores.

Activities in the area include: Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis,
Miniature Golf, Go Carts, Fishing, Hunting, Wildlife Viewing,
Horseback Riding, 
Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Swimming, And Boating.
 
Downhill Skiing, Cross-country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Sledding, 
Sunrise Ski Area is about 30 minutes away.  
Woodland Park recreation area is located nearby.

Pinetop Lakes Country Club with 18 hole golf course and driving 
range, (open to the public.)
 
Fishing for trout and bass in 57 natural lakes to choose from. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates: (Includes Utilities)

Monday to Thursday: two night min. $135/nite
Friday to Sunday:  2 night min.  $150.00/nite
Holiday weekends:   three night min.  $150.00/nite
One full week (Sat to Sat) $700/week
One full month $1,700/mo

All rates have $60 cleaning fee per reservation to be added.
Includes access to washer/dryer. 

Rates for multiple, consecutive months, and midweek periods are 
discounted. 
 
Deposit:
50 % of your total lodging charge is due 10 days after your
reservation is made.
The remaining 50 % is due a week prior to your arrival.
A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit.
Your reservation is subject to cancellation if your deposit is not
received by the due date.
Deposits can be made in the form of Cash or Check plus $60 cleaning fee.
