Summer Rates: (Includes Utilities)
Monday to Thursday: two night min. $135/nite
Friday to Sunday: 3 night min. $150.00/nite
Holiday weekends: Three night minimum
One full week:  $750/week
One full month: Call or email
All rates have $85 cleaning fee per reservation to be added.
Includes access to washer/dryer.
Rates for multiple, consecutive months, and midweek periods are
discounted.
Deposit:
50 % of your total lodging charge is due 10 days after your
reservation is made.
The remaining 50 % is due ten days prior to your arrival.
A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit.
Your reservation is subject to cancellation if your deposit is not
received by the due date.
Deposits can be made in the form of Cash or Check plus $85 cleaning fee.
