Our beautiful Florida home occupies a lot, (South west facing) 
overlooking a large natural lake, with Executive Golf view in a 
quiet 
conservation area. The home has been furnished personally to an 
unbelievably very high standard.  

The pool deck area is ideally positioned to watch the sunset over 
the 
lake. Both Master Bedroom patio doors open out onto the extended 
pool 
deck area, which is fully equipped with sun loungers, chairs and 
tables.  The home is fully equipped to provide visitors with every 
luxury, comfort and convenience they should need.

bicycles), Pool Table, Air Hockey, Fishing Equipment, Tennis, Beach 
Equipment, Pool 					Inflatable, 
PS2, Board Games, Books, DVD and Video Library, LCD TV's, DVD 
Player, 
Music System. Pool safety screen for children should it be 
required).

Outside:
		Our home has been beautifully and professionally 
landscaped, the pool deck area has been extended making plenty of 
room for 6 padded sun loungers and 8 padded chairs, large table and 
occasional tables for outside dinning. The pool is 25' x 13' and is 
electrically heated (essential in the winter months), with a 
wonderful elevated electrically heated Spa.

Activities and Attractions

Coast / Beach:

		There are several excellent beaches nearby.  The 
nearest are Englewood beach and Stump Pass which are about 10 
minutes 
by car.  The beautiful beaches of Boca Grande and Venice are about 
15-
20 minutes away.

Golf: 	Rotonda is surrounded by many excellent golf courses, the 
nearest being beyond the lake behind our home.Distances:
		The nearest supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants 
are about five minutes drive. The town of Port Charlotte is 15 
minutes away.
