The pool deck area is ideally positioned to watch the sunset over

lake. Both Master Bedroom patio doors open out onto the extended
pool
deck area, which is fully equipped with sun loungers, chairs and
tables. The home is fully equipped to provide visitors with every
luxury, comfort and convenience they should need.

electrically heated (essential in the winter months), with a
wonderful elevated electrically heated Spa.

Coast / Beach:

There are several excellent beaches nearby. The
nearest are Englewood beach and Stump Pass which are about 10
minutes
by car. The beautiful beaches of Boca Grande and Venice are about
15-
20 minutes away.

Golf: Rotonda is surrounded by many excellent golf courses, the
nearest being beyond the lake behind our home.Distances:
The nearest supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants
are about five minutes drive. The town of Port Charlotte is 15
minutes away.
